History
Thomas A. Bartels started Bartels Heating & Cooling as a single operator-owned company in 1973. Ten years later, the company was incorporated with Thomas serving as the president. Thomas retired in 1997 and Edward W. Reid, an employee since 1983, stepped in as president. Paul Reid, who had started working at Bartels during the summers when he was a teen and became a full-time employee in 2004, took on the role as president in 2020. The company has grown to a workforce of 17 employees, and we’re now celebrating over 40 years in business. We’re proud of our history providing quality sales, service, and installations of home comfort systems and light commercial products.

At Bartels Heating & Cooling, our goal is to provide our customers with professional, quality service for a wide variety of heating and air conditioning products. Using today’s technology, high–quality equipment, and factory–trained technicians, we will provide our customers with the value they deserve. We will provide our employees with the opportunity to develop their skills in an atmosphere of mutual cooperation and respect.
